Deanna is an out of network provider. She can help guide you in filing with your insurance company if you are interested in obtaining some level of reimbursement for services provided.

For many of you who have not heard of art therapy or perhaps have and would like to learn more, here is an opportunity to attend a free seminar about it. I will share  information regarding its rich history and how it is used to help people of all ages with stress management, insight and self awareness as well as healing and self expression in a unique and very effective way. I have worked in the field for over 13 years and have seen firsthand what it can do. Light refreshments will be provided.

Women’s Art Therapy Group

When: Tuesdays 7:00pm-8:15 pm

Cost: $20.00 per session.

This group is designed to help you reconnect, recharge and revitalize through the restorative benefits of art making. I will provide a general direction at the beginning of each group and then allow for individual expression and direction through the art materials. There will be an opportunity to share and discuss what was created as a way of building community and honoring your individual experience and journey.

Stress Management Class/Group

The class is organized into an 8 week session and will meet on Thursdays from 7:00pm to 8:15pm.

The class will focus on:

• the physiological impact that stress has on our body
• sources of stress
• ineffective ways we try to manage our stress including addictions, overeating etc…
• gaining new tools for stress management
• developing an individualized action plan for implementing change and improved stress management in our life.
• identifying and working through obstacles that get in the way of change.

Fee is $240.00 for the 8 week course/class
